We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay! At MMme, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it better
Here’s How It Works:
Timeframe: You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Please keep items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached—just as they arrived.
What Can Be Returned? Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges (sale items are final, sorry!).
Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Just check that it’s in stock before requesting.
Simple Steps to Return or Exchange:
1️⃣ Reach out – Email us at mmme.pk@gmail.com with your order number and why you’d like to return/exchange.
2️⃣ Wait for approval – We’ll confirm your request before you send anything back.
3️⃣ Ship it back – Once approved, send the item back via courier (shipping costs are on you).
4️⃣ Get sorted – After a quick quality check, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange.
