Eligibility for Refund

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.
- Once approved, return the item in its original packaging.
- After receiving the item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- Store credit (if preferred by the customer).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact us if the refund hasn’t been received within the expected timeframe.
